At Minara Meadows, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to keep the booking process simple and transparent for every guest.

Refund Eligibility Overview

Cancellation Time Refund Eligibility
Within 24 business hours of booking 80% of the booking amount will be refunded. A 20% cancellation charge will be deducted.
After 24 business hours of booking No refund will be applicable.

Refund Terms

  • • If you cancel your booking within 24 business hours of the booking confirmation, 20% of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge, and the remaining 80% will be refunded.
  • • If you cancel your booking after 24 business hours of the booking confirmation, no refund will be applicable.
  • • The 24-hour period is calculated from the time the booking is confirmed by Minara Meadows.
  • • Any eligible refund will be processed after verification of the cancellation request and payment details.
